Scrubbing by PoP
Each protected PoP sends attack traffic to a scrubbing partner and receives clean traffic back. Tokyo and Hong Kong use two partners; Frankfurt, Los Angeles and Seattle use one.
Where the largest ceilings are
The largest capacity, above 30 Tbps, is in Tokyo and Hong Kong through Global Secure Layer. Services that expect large attacks should terminate there.

Which PoPs offer DDoS protection?
Frankfurt, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and Seattle. The other PoPs do not have scrubbing yet.
Who provides the scrubbing capacity?
Tokyo and Hong Kong use Global Secure Layer, with a ceiling above 30 Tbps, and Voxility, above 1 Tbps. Frankfurt, Los Angeles and Seattle use Voxility.
Is any protection included with transit?
In Frankfurt, 100 Gbps of mitigation is included. Other PoPs quote protection separately.
